Dried Fruit Energy Balls

Nutritionally balanced and healthy dried fruit snacks which will give you an energy burst when you need it.

  • 100g Buchanans pitted dates
  • 55g Buchanans dried apricots
  • 55g glacĂ© cherries
  • 1 tbsp of coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp of toasted sesame seeds


  1. Use a food processor to finely chop the dates, apricots and cherries.
  2. Empty into a bowl and add the coconut oil, then using your hands make into small ball shapes and then roll in the sesame seeds to coat.
  3. Store in an air tight container until ready to eat.
