Dried Fruit Energy Balls
Nutritionally balanced and healthy dried fruit snacks which will give you an energy burst when you need it.

- 100g Buchanans pitted dates
- 55g Buchanans dried apricots
- 55g glacé cherries
- 1 tbsp of coconut oil
- 1 tbsp of toasted sesame seeds
- Use a food processor to finely chop the dates, apricots and cherries.
- Empty into a bowl and add the coconut oil, then using your hands make into small ball shapes and then roll in the sesame seeds to coat.
- Store in an air tight container until ready to eat.
